Dhayari lies at the far end of Sinhagad Road, close to Nanded City and Khadakwasla, and has grown into a big area of new societies.

What shifting in Dhayari is like
Most homes here are new societies, row houses and independent homes. We are often around Dhayari Phata, Raykar Mala, Benkar Vasti, Nanded City side and Sinhagad Road, which helps a lot on moving day: we already know the roads, the parking and the usual society rules.
Some newer Dhayari societies are reached by narrow roads still being built. We check the approach and send a smaller vehicle when needed.
Short moves go to Sinhagad Road, Narhe, Warje and Nanded City. A move like that is normally packed, moved and set up in one day. If you only have a fridge, a bed and a few cartons, ask for few item shifting. We send a smaller tempo and you pay for that, not for a whole truck.
A typical moving day
Say you are shifting a 2 BHK from near Dhayari Phata to Narhe. Our team of four reaches around 9 in the morning with cartons, bubble wrap and tape. The kitchen and the fragile things are packed first, then the bedrooms, then the living room, and every box gets the room name written on it. Beds and wardrobes are taken apart and the screws go into small labelled bags. By early afternoon the truck is loaded, heavy things at the bottom and fragile boxes on top. At the new place the same people unload, carry each box to its room, fit the furniture back together and take the empty cartons away. Most days like this are over by evening, and you sleep in your own bed in the new home that night.
Redevelopment and family moves
In Dhayari we see a lot of redevelopment moves. The building is being rebuilt, so the family moves out to a rented flat for a few years and then moves back into the new one. We do both trips. Other families are moving to a bigger home, or bringing parents to live with them, and only some of the furniture is needed in the new place. The rest can stay in our storage until you decide what to do with it.

What it costs
Honestly, it depends on what you are moving. Taking one room from Dhayari to Narhe is a few hours of work. A fully furnished 3 BHK on a high floor going to another state is a different job altogether. What matters most is how much you have, which floor you are on and whether there is a lift, and how far it is going.
